” AIDS in Bangladesh “-Video Documentary

HIV/AIDS prevalence is comparatively very low in our country of 140 million people. However, high internal migration, lack of awareness and knowledge about HIV/AIDS transmission, commercial sex-trades, untreated sexual diseases amongst the sex workers, use of un-sterilized syringes in drugs and blood or medicines injecting or collecting, untested blood transmission and collection can aggravate the HIV/AIDS spread scenario. Refusal to use of condoms (in penetrative sexual activities) and collection of bloods from commercial donors are risky.
