Alamgir Hossain was the resident of village Gunabati under upazila of chouddagram in the district of Comilla. According to the medical report of 10 August-2003 Alamgir Hossain was the full fledged only AIDS patient of that village .He was in ,30 tell and complexion was bright in comparison with other family member. His education was finished while he was in class eight, and became a motor mechanic. He learnt the work in the Sadar district workshop. Depending on this profession he went to middle east in the year 2001. Monthly remittance money to home, took well and bad news of all the home and these were all form ok according to forms. After that the luck. He went astray in the color of youth and firstly drinking with the foreign friends and after that a waster and Nepal women become the partier of bed. But during that period the poison entered in to his physique beyond his knowledge. He came to the village with four months leave from the company and after one month he was attacked with pneumonia. The doctor examined him and informed that he was attacked with AIDS.

Mafiz is, 28 years young man and by profession he is a mason. At present he is a professional blood seller. In the early November of 2003 suddenly he was attacked with diarrhea and cough along with fever. He recovered once after suffering diseases from many days. He was again attacked with Typhoid within a month from the early recovery. The doctor examined the report of blood examination and expressed his view that Mafiz carried of AIDS. He used to go to the prohibited area and smoking hemp. Mafiz also now use to go the prohibited area by concealing this disease.

Kusum adorned her dream family along with her husband and two children. But her dream was broken like a sand dam. She did not know that the death disease made its vest into her body many days ago. In the year 1997 while the AIDS detected the treatment was made for a long out and half year but law began to cry before ending the fact. Amongst the leaving two issues the age of the elder is nine, but there were no HIV in the body. What would be the fate in twelve months child the creator knows. The women are bearing the liabilities of anti social activities of the society from the long ago. The man will break the birth long dream faith of women every now and then. Though she kept herself safe from the immoral activities even the AIDS germ of the husband or friend can destroy the safe life of any body. AIDS infected in to their body through their returned husband from abroad. The researchers of AIDS say that it is panic news. Is it easily taken that an innocent house wife would be attacked with the killer disease AIDS through her husband. Where as the number of sort of incidents are increasing day by day. Recently it is mentioned in research report of France that the HIV-Positive mothers will take time so long to conceive there would be more possibility to attack with this virus to their would be children. If the age of mother is below 25 the possibility of attack by HIV is 16% . And if the mothers age is above 34 then the possibility of attack to their children is 30% or double.

Amongst the AIDS attacked in the whole world the numbers of women are more 1000 male numbers may be attacked from an AIDS attacked women. But 100 women maybe attacked by an AIDS attacked man the number of attacked male members are more in a very few countries.

It is found from survey in the whole world that the teen age women are more attacked by AIDS. The popular TV-reporter of Zambia –Faith Kadamba informed “Amongst the human being in the whole world the more risk of attacking by AIDS is to the women. They were detected as carriers of AIDS germ and retuned back to Bangladesh.

The wives of these persons are attacked with the HIV virus. Besides the floating gay girls and different prostitutions are the main places to spread AAAIDS. there are more than 6000 sexual workers in 18 prostitutions. There are about 5000 floating sexual workers in Dhaka city the symptoms of sexual diseases are in 71% sexual workers. The rate of using the safety measures by these professional sexual workers are dangerously less. The sexual works are anguished for money or in exchange of money the using of safety measure in both the cases are less. The high ratio companions sexual workers and the less ratio of is evident that of any due of them infected by HIV then it will spread rapidly due to the less using of condom. Amongst the married couple 89% women and 81% man are ignorant about the sexual disease. It is unbelievable ratio that 96% women whose age are 15-19 are unconscious about AIDS and in the case of men whose age are 15-19, and in the case of sexual disease most of the women are hesitating to go to the doctors. Many women think unrespectable in family and socially to publish regarding the complex sexual disease. As a result AIDS attackers do not properly examine themselves and in many case it is not possible for the women to treat themselves in family wise as the treatment of AIDS is very much expensive. It is emergent to take attempt in family wise including the health safety of women during the delivery time and creating social environment. It is indispensable for the existence of the social and the world to give women the proper portion and right conduct with then by breaking the old idea that the women is a commodity or the matter of enjoyment.

A government health organization locally examined a prostitution at western river port and ferry ghat Goalanda in Bangladesh and detected 07 HIV carriers. According to the statistics of the Ministry of health 70% to 75% of total demand of blood that is about two lakh units procured from the professional blood donors. Amongst these blood donors 20% are attacked with Hepatitis –B or Syphilis. The AIDS disease much possibly be spreaded through blood donors and blood receivers. The number of professional sexual workers in Bangladesh are about 01 lakh. Every of them fulfilled the desire two to five customers daily. According to this account daily 5 lakh male number s used to come to the prostitutes to contact sexual relation. According to the survey of voluntary organization health services society it is mentioned that most of these sexual workers have different sexual diseases. The opinion of the world Bank this is the right time to protect AIDS. To create public consciousness, the more moral humanity and religious consciousness will create among the people, it will be more possible to protect the killer AIDS. There should be awakened the young and youths more about these subjects. Otherwise our near future shall be darkness.
