The family is the cornerstone of society, is the center of peace and violence, can be called, “mini government”. Sometimes it is called family is the school of love. As the first institute, in the family individuals should be able to learn about all basic norms, values and character. But in the modern nuclear family father-mother both can not give time as an owner, master as well as a teacher to the children. As a result the children grow up in a loveless environment without proper education. This crude reality effect youth generation. The lonely new generation however can not internet in social life properly, become more depressed, looked happiness in shortcut way; and become addict to drug, sadism and to misuse of sex and property. To see the children as abnormal parents become crazy, blame each-other, start misunderstanding and domestic violence. |
The root cause:
In the egoistic situation, parents and children’s personality fluctuate superiority to inferiority, inferiority to superiority! The conflict turns deep to deep as resentment! The family loss mission. If we analysis we will find root cause of violence, “selfishness and ignorance”. However intolerance, bigotry, inequality, human rights violence, misuse of public resources, crime, corruption, environmental degradation all are linked with the family and its values. It is true; violence starts from the acts of individual action in the family that takes the visual form as degradation of character and as disagreement between husband and wife, parents and children.
Brief analysis:
The root cause of individual conflict is disunity of mind and body that become sharp and express as negative emotions like stress, anger, self-hatred, addiction. The common interpersonal conflicts are come from marital tension, family strife, disputes with friends & neighbors, disagreement at work or school and effect of social conflicts (legal disputes, ethnic tension, human rights abuse, war etc.)
The family conflict begins when members pursue self-interest over the welfare of family. However it is primly related with Infidelity, money issues, sibling rivalry, and careerism. However the family as well as all kinds conflict start from disagreement and subjective views of the partners.
The social conflict started when groups and nations pursue self-interest over the greater good. The visual forms of the social conflicts are abuse of power, ethnic tensions, legal disputes, war.
How we can overcome:
By following “give ad take” principles in interaction, we can easily overcome the conflicts from all shares of life. The total giving precedes receiving that makes harmony and mutual understanding. With total openness subject & object both start their positive roles centering higher purposes the moon must will appears from dark clouds. However the turning point depends on personal decision, motivation and action.
To restore original peaceful position offender and offended both responsibilities and efforts are important. Offender must admit wrong, make restitution and serving until forgiven. And offended should be consider own faults and accept restitution. However offended forgiveness is very important. If both parties look goodness with respect each other peace and harmony must will appear. The person who are moderately selfless and having parental heart could be “peace maker”, “true husband” as well as “true person” easily. And can be standard person to children and people.
I am sure, if one three steps “Reflection and Reorientation with forgiveness”, “Reversal and Restitution with correct mistake“; and” Reconciliation and Renewal with welcome heart” must will get positive result.
